In short, yes. However, how your support request is dealt with will depend on a few things:
I have a support package
If you have a support package in place then submit a support request (or email help@arrow-web.dev) and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
I don't have a support package
Support requests may be chargeable at our standard rate. However, we will let you know if you will be charged - we will not carry out work without your prior consent. If you submit a support request (or email help@arrow-web.dev) someone will let you know if the request will be charged.
Public or open source projects
We always try to support our public projects as best we can. However, the support is available when we have available resources - client support is prioritised. The best place to request help is on the project page (i.e. GitHub). However, if you cannot get help there or are unsure - submit a support request, someone will get back to you or point you in the right direction.
