Whether you’ve got a new phone, tablet, or computer, setting up your Arrow-Web email account on another device is easy. Here’s a simple guide to get you up and running.
Step-by-Step Setup Instructions

Visit the Setup Site:
- Open your web browser and go to https://help.emailsrvr.com.

Log In:
- Enter your email address and password to log in.

Select “Setup Email”:
- After logging in, choose the "Setup Email" option.

Choose Your Device and Software:
- The system will ask you to select the type of device (e.g., iPhone, Android, Windows PC) and the email software you’re using (e.g., Outlook, Apple Mail).

Follow the Instructions:
- Follow the step-by-step instructions provided. These instructions include screenshots to help guide you through the setup process.
Important Note: Select IMAP
During the setup, you’ll be given two options: “Mobile Sync” and “IMAP”. Make sure to select “IMAP” unless you’ve been explicitly told otherwise. IMAP keeps your emails synced across all your devices, so you’ll always have the most up-to-date information no matter where you check your email.
